    Available in one millimeter incremental lengths for comfort and a more precise TE puncture fit.
  • voice prostheses large esophageal flangeLarge Esophageal Flange:
    Provides a “seal” to help manage leakage around a voice prosthesis. Also, enables a safe and convenient downsizing from a wider diameter prosthesis to a smaller diameter.

    Effectiveness is dependent on an optimal prosthesis length fit that achieves a snug flange-to-flange seal against the wall surface(s).
  • voice prostheses large flange esophageal trachealLarge Esophageal & Tracheal Flanges:
    Provides a “double seal” in patients with significantly enlarged puncture tracts and “tear-drop” or irregularly shaped punctures.
